If an empath (sigma or otherwise) doesn’t have empathy for their own gut instinct, it could result in emding up in allowing toxic people way to close. Humilty doesn’t mean we know nothing, it means to respect that others know something too, and that nobody knows everything. Second opinions are worth investigating, but gut instincts are there for reason. Question it, but don’t ignore it.

I'm a huge empath and can spot sociopaths instantly. I always wondered why I have complete confidence confronting a bully or liar. I'm a care giver and realize not everyone is like me, but they are fooled and surprised when I can be stronger in any situatio than them. I'm an advocate. So if you are mean to my friend or family, watch out, I'm confronting you.

I think the video is fairly accurate and relatable, there are times when I've forgiven and let something go but it's never forgotten. There are people who have done something bad towards me and I've not forgotten them and in my mind I still seek to find justice with and would not hesitate to get it even if it's years later.

Sigmas with a sense of spirituality do not go after people in vengeance or act negatively towards their rivals. They understand where the other person is coming from, accept the hate that is thrown at them, and let the other person/people let them "hang" themselves. Alpha, beta, and people that are just pointing fingers when three other fingers are pointing However, I would agree that a Sigma that has not found him or her self can be difficult. Still they are usually for the common good rather than self serving reasons like an Alpha or Beta.
