So I’ve listened to this a few times and I always end up falling asleep and remembering absolutely nothing . That was the case again, however, I woke up towards the end and rewinded mid way. I didn’t repeat the affirmations lol Bc it sounded like making a soul pact exchange ... At the end of it all when he say’s his good byes I had an energy body surge and quick flicks flashed. One was of who I want to call Shiva smiling and another was a black bull with golden horns. The bull was walking like a man on sand and carrying something but I don’t know what it was or who he was.

I have tried this meditation several times and I always fall asleep before I finish going up the steps to enter the temple, then get jolted awake to hear something about sitting in front of myself. There's something about the drum beats during the count-up to reach the temple that I LOVE enough to keep choosing this particular meditation. I LOVE this meditation so much. It changes things up from the sailboat imagery that is present for many of the Joe T sleep meditations. While that imagery works at first, it's hard for it to keep my focus anymore when my brain just doesn't wanna quit. This one though.. when you're craving a new means for mind-body connection on your way into a transcendental sleep.. this does it. The deep meaning within the symbols/objects is unexpected and astounding. This has the ability to make the unconscious conscious. We all need that! 🔥😍
I cannot fall asleep to this one however 😔 Like many lighter sleepers, the mid and high pitches in the music wake me up too many times. It becomes frustrating, and once frustrated, sleep is that much harder to come by, particularly for the insomniac
