I didn't know there was another way for slow motion. Usually, twixtor has pretty good quality of slow motion but only if you follow certain steps. This is really helpful! Thanks!

How did you do your motion blur on velocity? It looks so good

I found out that it doesnt work on normal 30 fps clips
so i slowed my 30 fps clip with twixtor (at around 20% speed)
and then your technique worked liked charm
