This song is so important to me because it helped me go through some really hard times and whenever I hear it, it gives me power and solace. Linkin Park saved my life more than one time and this song is my new anthem. I'm a very amateur singer and following Chester's techniques is so hard yet so gratifying I will keep doing my best for me and for him. That vibrato at the end always makes me cry. I didn’t like listening to rap like everyone else. I always felt casted out. My parents always arguing about something, whether it be church, my dads ex wives, my mom leaving the house, or money. I was always fighting demons as a kid and I’m fighting even more now. But you’ve helped me get through so much. My high school experience was painful, Covid hit and my junior year was cut and half and spent senior year online.
