What does Ryan Lewis do? - Well just about everything...  There is a reason Macklemore was rapping for damn near a decade and wasn't famous.  Ryan Lewis is the brains behind the entire operation.  He not only makes the beats, but he also shot and directed many of the music videos, he does the majority of the creative side of things, he produced and engineered the album.  Really Macklemore is just an average rapper who was lucky enough to meet Ryan Lewis.
