Are we beginning to see an over application of epoxy? Don’t get me wrong it looks great. But what’s the durability factor here for such uses. And tbh I’m curious what it would take to remove this for a future remodel or maintenance purpose. Would live to see a 10 year update on such applications

Polyurethane? Yikes! But no worries in your case. This project won't hold up long enough for you to be annoyed by the inevitable yellowing of the poly.

Nah it doesn’t last be because subfloor tends to warp, contract, expand, nails and screws get loose

And now you have a floor that is guaranteed to generate static as you walk across it.
