NEW Honda Fireblade SP 2017 0-100 in 3.1 seconds

First attempts to properly launch new Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade SP and see the acceleration off the line... measured with GoPro Hero 5 Black with GPS sensor.

Don't mind rider's poor performance, just enjoy the view and especially the singing of great new quickshifter and auto-blipper.

3.16 secs was the best I could do. Hope to get under 3 next time.

The 2015 SP did it in 2.6 seconds. This should be similar.

The difference is quality of the build. The Honda is second to none, in ten years you will understand. And let's see what Honda does this year in gp.

There are 25 frams for 1 second, so 3.16 = true 3.6 seconds.

0-100 has no meaning anymore, 600cc motorcycke will accelerate the same, you should look 0-200 that is really different, or 100-250 times...

Keep training, and you'll be able to do it in 2.5-2.75 seconds... that's how 1000s are.

3.1...this is an average time 0-60 for any super bike and ha bin for years

i dont know how to justify this bike costs more then a bmw s1000rr. don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic looking bike and on the paper too but not good enough to justify the price point... Hell, they don't even put blipper as standard in basic version... For that money, it's a fucking joke
