4 Early Signs of Alzheimer's

Early signs of Alzheimer's disease can manifest in a variety of ways, often starting subtly but gradually becoming more noticeable. One common early indicator is the frequent forgetting of appointments or important dates. Individuals may also start to ask the same questions repeatedly, even after receiving answers, indicating short-term memory issues. Difficulty in recalling the names of familiar places or everyday items can also be a red flag. Another symptom to watch for is trouble following instructions or managing multi-step tasks, which may signal problems with cognitive function.

These symptoms are often mistaken for normal aging, but when they start to interfere with daily life, it's important to seek medical advice. Early detection of Alzheimer's can lead to more effective management of the disease, allowing for early intervention strategies that can improve quality of life. Education and awareness about these signs are crucial, as they can prompt timely evaluation and support, potentially slowing the progression of the disease through medication, lifestyle changes, and cognitive therapies. #alzheimerawareness

Use a day planner…pages do not get lost like sticky notes…look at to do list when you wake up; at the end of the day write what you accomplished besides the days “things to do” on that day’s date…use a sticky note as secondary to planner like on fridge or coffee maker if it is very very important…if you use too many sticky notes as a #1…you ignore them all

"God has not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of love, power, and
sober-mindedness."
2 Tim 1:7

So a "sober mind" doesn't forget and isn't confused or worried!

So what or who is the Spirit?

The Lord (Jesus) is the Spirit, and where the Spirit is, there is freedom,
freedom from worry and anxiety 2 Cor 3:17

So set your mind on the things above 2 Cor 3:2
Where the Lord Jesus is enthroned and praying for us on earth that we would ALL turn to God ❤
