I keep watching this animation over and over again. I think you're the only person I've ever seen to capture how I saw Elias. Not as some tumblr sexy man but as a painfully normal looking fellow, the sort one would expect to be the head of an academic institution. I love how normal your animation is in general, that the institute isn't some large domed building but instead just slots in on the street.

Hoo god. That last shot of the Watcher's Crown. I love that you included Jon smiling. Because that's his major issue: he feels joy and satisfaction at bringing out the fear in others, but the part of him that's human hates that he feels that way. So to show that the Watcher's Crown brought him joy, even ecstasy, was perfect.

Love your character designs and want to shout out that walk cycle on Jon and particularly the Martin-to-fog. Looks excellent! I love the scale of your archives, how disjointed and cluttered it really is. Love the mundanity of Elias' design.

Hi, hello, I just want you to know that this minute long animated trailer takes up a pretty substantial part of my brain. Essentially it lives there rent free. I love it so much, the VIBES are immaculate. The music, the animation, the way you frame it...it's perfect. Sometimes when I'm walking through my college campus, my backpack slung across my shoulder, I imagine the scene where Jon is walking through the Archives with his bookbag and the soft piano music playing in the background and I simply have to watch this video again. Thanks for making this

This is amazing from start to finish, the characters, the motion, the minimalistic sound - you really captured the mood and let the scenes speak for themselves. It’s stunning.

Edit: last year I finished s5 and am now relistening before magnus protocol next January. All I can say is I was right to be afraid💀
