Can i use pigment inks in epson printers...when epson gives dye ink with printer in L3110

My printer ink has not reached the maximum lines, but when printing the colour shown on the paper seems blurry even after "maintenance" (means already perform Nozzle check and Head Cleaning many times)... What is happening ?

And if I should change my ink, is it advisable to change only certain ink colour or is it better to change all of them at once ?? Please help :(
