Great convo guys. One thing I don’t agree is waiting longer than 3 months to make changes. I would do deep dive learning first 14 days, then start cutting low performing initiatives in the next 14 days.
Month 2 we can start optimizing top innitiatives and by end of 90 days I should have a 10-20 % increase on overall performance.
