What can we expect from the 2021 budget?

Rishi Sunak is due to release his second budget on March 3rd. Arriving in the face of coronavirus, Brexit, and the UK’s deepest economic collapse in three centuries, it will be a difficult task. What is this young chancellor's plan to balance the numbers, protect the NHS, and “secure the recovery”?

We can expect to be screwed over big style. I am dreading my council tax this year, all of the money that has been paid out, has to be clawed back, and they will not just re claw that money back, they will do so with interest.

You can expect all Sme’s taking a massive hit with taxes, Paye going up on all nhs and private sector workers. What you won’t expect is the likes of amazon and other corporates taking any sort of a hit on taxes.

We can expect the rich to become richer, the poor to become poorer, homelessness crisis skyrocketing because of "the economy". Military spending will increase despite there being no threats and no reason to. NHS will be sold off in parts. HS2 will be given huge budgets to plough it's way through protected green areas and peoples homes. More "contracts" for Matt Hancocks friends. I mean what's new anyway?
