This was used on the August 14, 2007 episode of ECW and it would be the last time they use “This Is The New *hit” theme before switching to “Don’t Question My Heart”

On Peacock and WWE Network international markets, this song is dubbed out by the main ECW theme song "This is Extreme", so the only way to get this is if you find or record a live version of this

This song came before Drowning Pool's "Bodies" (Let the Bodies Hit the Floor); I thought that it was the theme for "Smackdown (Live)" which was either shown on either: UPN, the WB or the CW Network). (Oh wait, the "Smackdown" song was "The Beautiful People" (also done by Marilyn Manson)

I don't know if it's because of the quality but that song sucks, it doesn't love much of it with the ECW intro so much so that the song that replaces it on the Network sounds much better
