Keeping water warm with the BNLink Thermostat Outlet

Показать описание
To keep my water shed warm I have installed the BN Link Thermostatically controlled outlet.
This outlet has the option to turn on cooling when a temperature has been reached or in my case turn on a heat lamp to warm a space. The temperature probe is plenty long enough and can be stuck to glass or hang freely. I also install some weather striping to keep the gaps in the door from letting air escape.

It seems like to me it would make sense to have the heat source and sensor down low where the cold is.
Something a lil safer than a heat lamp my be a PTC style heater used in traffic control boxes, ATM machines, etc. They are meant to be installed in cabinets safely. Just a thought.

You could use one of them to keep your lawnmower/ATV shed off-grid battery warm enough to keep charged over the winter.

I use one to keep a mini fridge right over freezing temps.
