When I think of spiritual warfare, this is the song that's on the front lines. These guys are warriors leading heaven's armies.

The transition into ‘O come to the altar’ is nuts
Those delays added texture from another dimension
Loving the creativity

I love this, and I'm not even a guitarist!!

This is so atmospheric and the tension is so strong.
Another reason why this song is so amazing!!
Thanks for this

the guitar register is so well chosen, more to the dramatic, somber side, particularly at the beginning of the video. the guitarist accentuates and creates very well the context and progression for whatever comes next. it resembles the movie score sound that I listen in the car sometimes. after a few minutes I realized that the music lost its potential congregational quality, and became full ritualistic. this literally scares me and leads me to stare absently to the white wall of my room, instead of leading me the beauty of Christ and to actually worshiping Him. I am part of a small church in Europe and since we (in the worship group) decided that everything we sing and play must me congregational (even new songs), and even lower the volume on all instruments so the church can hear herself (herself, as in the the voice of the bride of Christ, the church), the church is actually much more involved in worship, and received so many positive feedback. This is a performance level that I admire and at the same time, never want to get used to in our church. Much too often lately, the church rests awkwardly in front of the stage as the songs 99% are either unknown, or human - not Christ - centered, and fully dependent on rhythm or instruments, so they are actually almost designed to not be sung by the church. The bride wants to sing from the depth of her troubled heart, to her precious groom, but the words she is forced to express through are most of the times so dry, unpoetic, unbiblical, self centered, that she ends yet again silenced by the skills of the blessed. May our merciful and understanding Father help us love Him, help us treat with respect his eternal bride that he saved dying for her, and help us getting to addicted to the whisper of his Spirit, of his word, and less to the sound of our earthly stringed, polished, cool earthly garbage.

As a Sunday player I enjoy In ear mixes this ones gold. Got the Vega Trem for EchoPark 64 strat. It was a pain to install but it woke the guitar strings up a bit more. That and it doesn't go out out of tune. Thanks E
