DJI Ronin M - First Impressions - Test Shots - Review

In this video I give you guys my first impressions on the new Ronin M.
The device is great and does the job perfectly. There are only a few things that make the Ronin M a bit annoying.
- Does not come with case or mounting brackets.
- Had to buy a 1/4" extension to mount the camera.
- Also had to buy a Case.
After using the Ronin M properly for some time, the test shots came out great.

Would you recommend the Ronin or the Came TV Single, if you've had any experience with it?

Couple of questions. First off great shots man. Second, what mounting bracket did you get for your monitor, and what case did you order? Also, why did you have to buy an extender for your camera to fit?

Hi Patrick, nice video! Thanks for sharing. Got a question: in some shots it looks like you are zoomed in a little. Does this mean you need to balance the Ronin again (because of different weight distribution)?

Case suggestion! Don't spend 300-some dollars. I felt like some people my find this helpful. I purchased the Ronin-M and it came without a case. I travel a lot and need my gear with me so I wanted to find the perfect case for my Ronin... I purchased two Pelican 1510 cases for my Ronin M and my Phantom 3 Pro drone. I was able to fit the Ronin-M in no problem. I will admit, there is not much room for anything else (extra batteries, monitors, etc.) but you can see that the stand, ronin, tools, and a charger can fit in the case safely.

Perfect for carrying on a flight for any quick trip where you'll need the Ronin-M.

hello. what is the brand/model name for the extension you used to rais the camera? got the same setup as you and the same problem as you had, but the dude in the camera store just told me to buy small metal plates at a hardwear store and stack them untill the camera is high enough.
