Potrebno je:
400 gr pasulja,
suvi začin
aleva paprika,
ml. biber
tucana paprika
lovorov list
1 glavica belog luka
ulje
2 glavice crnog luka
1 zelena paprika ljut

Simplest Prebranac Beans Recipe: Preserving Tradition
Ingredients:
400g dried beans
Dried spice mix
Paprika
Black pepper
Smoked paprika
Bay leaf
1 head of garlic
Oil
2 heads of onion
1 green chili pepper
Salt, pepper
Instructions:
Soak the beans: Wash the beans and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then drain and rinse.
Cook the beans: Add fresh water to the beans, along with a bay leaf and a few peppercorns. Cook until tender.
Sauté the onions: While the beans are cooking, slice the onions and sauté them in oil until soft.
Add spices: Add the sweet and smoked paprika, black pepper, and dried spice mix to the sautéed onions and stir well.
Combine: Once the beans are cooked, drain any excess liquid. In a baking dish, layer the beans and the seasoned onions.
Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 30-40 minutes.
