I just finished A Novel Love Story and absolutely loved it! Ashley Poston's writing is so beautiful and it reads smoothly. And yes you absolutely NEED to read Seven Year Slip, it's one of my top books of 2024.

Killers of the Flower Moon was great! It’s nonfiction by the way and everything in it actually happened, which makes it even more horrifying the more you uncover 😳 But it read to me like a fiction book which I loved! And best of luck with Iron Flame haha

Honestly, you may enjoy Iron Flame more having stopped at the 50% mark. It felt like 2 books in one to me. I liked both parts, but the second part moves the plot forward more for sure. I'm not an Iron Flame hater. It did drag sometimes and needed editing, but I'm entertained with the whole story overall and want to keep going.

May I suggest reading Loxkwood and Co by Jonathan Stroud? It's a book series about these kids who fight ghosts in London.
