I'm going to be honest, I'm trying to do the second part of the front panel and I cannot get it to work at all I even bought the pattern and everything and it just doesn't make sense. It keeps getting flipped around and it looks like it's flipped around and I can't get it to work correctly

Hey, if you are doing front panel and you said that you are going to do extended double crochet with increases and single crochet rows.. then my work is going bigger with every row.. I mean every time I have one extra stitch.. but is this right? Or am I doing something wrong? I have watched the tutorial for like I don't know... seven times. Still don't get it.. every extended double crochet row will end with increase and two slip stitches then you turn your work and start doing single crochet row..?
