It was a joke. We have been called worst when us Puerto Rican jokes to each other. You never been at a Puerto Rican Party?, We joke worst than that toward other races. It all about getting a laugh, yes thats what jokes are. Did anybody hear the joke about his mother he mad. Puerto Rico has a big garbage crisis, that is what he was referring to, not the people. I vote for Trump
