Excellent!
Im trying to learn German at the moment and recover my health after a stage 4 Cancer with steam cell transplant, I have to fight every day agains not only mentally, also with physically fatigue, but I want to be fitter and smarter than before, so that way I could motivate people around me to achieve their goals with not limitation.
I will take your recommendations in my daily habits 💪🏻

I like the way Jim avoids giving prescriptions about how many hours to sleep, when to wake up etc. He just gives the principles, well done.

Love the whole 3 minutes morning workout for 75% better sleep. I’m definitely going to do this and brush my teeth with my non-dominant hand. Thank you Jim.

That's where your heart is and disclosing the routine behind the genius makes me a struggling person feel great to adopt ur techniques and feels good you do same things I do but emphasis on prioritising. I am bad at timing and you time yourself. Has inspired me in so many ways

I am a single dad, and this is the morning routine with my children:
(their clothes are prepared the night before)

1. Made their own bed their own way (started at 5 years old)
2. When ready they help putting the table and doing breakfast
3. Water before breakfast (children at least half glass)
4. Sometimes, they tell me their dreams

AND☝🏽Today I learned:

5. Family Gratitude time
6. Write down our dreams
7. Brush your teeth with the non dominant hand
8. Family movement & exercice

I really felt my energy lifted up when you got on the jumping bed. I can do 3 min a day, that sound rather easy than 30 min daily. Thank you for sharing.
