Going over some essential tools you’ll need as a new HVAC installer/service tech, and some nonessential tools.

You jumped into the trade like a champ! Purchasing tools is one indicator of how committed a guy is to his trade. I would imagine the crew you’re with will give you the thumbs up and spend more time on the job teaching you.

90 degree drill adapter for those really tight spaces. It’s been a life saver in the past couple of weeks since I’ve started hvac

Harbor Freight. Always recommend HF. Later get the Klein and Ridgid etc.

The Klein 6-1 should have 1/4 nut drive just flip the shaft around.

I have different brand of power tools (milwaukee included) but I try 2 get what I can afford I use the m-12 fuel 4 hard 2 get spaces I have gotten into tight spaces/quarters and the got me out of binds 4 zip (self tapping) screws in sheet metal/duct work. I also use a mega pro (h-v-a-c-r) screwdriver (I got on amazon) it is very very handy it has a reamer and valve stem wrench as well in the kit (stored in handle). u be surprised the tools they have on there. I do the simple repairs but if a friend who is a L-Con he uses me as his helper at times.

Thats not a drill function, its a self tapping mode for sinking screws in sheet metal without shearing the head off
