I’m 33 and realize I’ve had sleep apnea since childhood :/ I also had undiagnosed allergies that makes me have difficulty breathing, especially when I was in class and wasn’t allowed more than one restroom break to clear my constant running nose. I remember I had to use 11x8 writing paper as tissues in secret during lectures. I couldn’t pay attention because not only was I tired from poor sleep, I had a nose like a broken garden hose
