How To Hold A Needle Driver/ Load A Needle:
The needle should be loaded ½ to ⅔ of the way across the arc to allow for enough space to drive the needle through the tissue, but not too far back to prevent wrist straining
If you’re holding the needle driver so the tip points forward, the needle tip should point to the ceiling. The angle of the needle should then be turned out approximately 45 degrees
Locking the driver will help secure the needle position, but it is better to unlock it and to hold the needle gently before driving it through any tissue
When you’re done with it, always protect the sharp end by turning it in towards the driver
