yeah it's super cheap, which makes it good, but I'd always stick with my higher end alloy pentel energel cause I've had the pen for years, but gone through multiple refills over the years

sarasa 1.0 blue-black is my go to for fountain pen like smoothness, I can also feel the ball rolling 🤣 🤣 🤣

If I'm using a gel pen I prefer a wet 1.0mm. That said I cannot recall if I've ever tried the g2 in that size. The .7 is alright and I used up dozens of them back in highschool in the 2000s. Maybe I'll grab a small pack and see how they compare to my all time favorite gel, the Sarasa. Usually I just grab a Jetstream or Surari though.
