Just good for ads but when someone visits their store, they can see the prices crossed over the head because they are too expensive, even their lenses are, 999/- & 50% are just name sake because there won't be options in this category and stocks will be 0, so no meaning in it!

Hi I am a regular customer another eyewear brand but seeing the new offer for children for eyewear for children where the replacement for power was guaranteed, i had decided to check out the option with Titan. When i approached them for the change in power on 23nd Oct they asked me to wait for a call. I can back and they registered for replacement. Till now its showing as registered not even processed. My elder child who was using lenkart got the replacement with 3 days. Its fustrating when a leading brand is having a poor service and delay even after multiple follow up at the store in Titan eyewear store in Thiruvalla, Kerala

Unfortunately quality is very bad but price is too high.. Service center's employees behavior is rude.. Lenskart is better.

I was a titan eye plus customer, now I don’t buy anything from them … based on my last experience, they don’t sell quality products, they charge high prices on lens claiming the best lens, infact they are not .
