If I am not mistaken, we now have 2 circuits striking down age discrimination in regards to 2A. Texas (5th circuit) has chosen to NOT appeal.

given i live in MN over 40 and have my carry permit. its about the 18-20 yearold ban was found illegal. i allways though you can join the army you can have a firearm.

A well written and reasoned opinion. I see that the ruling in Texas regarding carrying by 18-20 year olds is having an effect. This should have a chilling effect on states that are trying to raise the age for all arms to 21.
