Eliminate the background music from the video. It can be quite bothersome and diverting when trying to focus on the speaker's audio.

I use different programs that are simpler, but like yours for labor hours.
Can you eliminate ticket hours because I can’t stay on one project at one given time as a supervisor too many tickets I’d rather have a picture and description only- we can fill in under description time frame, because managers don’t want to complicate time only a quick view only to close out?
