Head light cornering fault SMC CODING for BMW E60 E61

FAULT CAUSED - HUMIDITY IN HEADLIGHT
FAULT CODES:
9CBC - COMMUNICATION WITH STEPPER ENGINE BOX LEFT DISTURBED
9CBD - COMMUNICATION WITH STEPPER ENGINE BOX RIGHT DISTURBED
9CBF - ELECTRONIC AT THE RIGHT (SMC) REPORTS AN EROR

AFTER REPLACEMENT OF LEAR SMC 2 CONTROL BLOCK NEED TO PROGRAM NEW BLOCK TO CAR ECU

I. SET LIGHT SWITCH IN AUTO POSITION
II. TURN IGNITION ON

Steps with NCSEXPERT:

For right SMC sensor:

1) Start NCSEXPERT
2) Load Expert Mode
3) Press F1 VIN/ZCS/FA
4) Press F3 ZCS/FA f. ECU
5) Select your CHASSIS (Exx, E60 as an exmpale)
6) In this step you will see 3 options (CAS/NFRM/FRM) - Choose CAS and click OK
7) Your VIN should be determined now
8) Press F6 (BACK)
9) Press F4 (Process ECU)
10) Select RSMC and click OK
11) Press F2 (Change Job)
12) Select SG_CODIEREN
13) Press F3 (Execute Job)

For left SMC sensor

1) Start NCSEXPERT
2) Load Expert Mode
3) Press F1 VIN/ZCS/FA
4) Press F3 ZCS/FA f. ECU
5) Select your CHASSIS (Exx, E60 as an exmpale)
6) In this step you will see 3 options (CAS/NFRM/FRM) - Choose CAS and click OK
7) Your VIN should be determined now
8) Press F6 (BACK)
9) Press F4 (Process ECU)
10) Select LSMC and click OK
11) Press F2 (Change Job)
12) Select SG_CODIEREN
13) Press F3 (Execute Job)

I have 009CBD fault code, tryed to switch smc 2 module from left headlight but still getting same fault code on the right... I even dissasembled smc module and there is no water damage at all, looks brand new inside.. Any help how to solve this issue?
