Показать описание
Nicla Vision is a ready-to-use, standalone camera for analyzing and processing images on the edge.

Thanks to its 2MP color camera, smart 6-axis motion sensor, integrated microphone and distance sensor, it is suitable for asset tracking, object recognition and predictive maintenance. Quickly implement sensor nodes to send collected data to the Arduino Cloud (or third-party vendor services) via integrated WiFi/Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity.

The Nicla Vision features the powerful STM32H747AII6 Dual Arm® Cortex® - M7 core up to 480 Mhz + M4 core up to 240 Mhz - and is compatible with Nicla, Portenta and MKR products. Small in size (22.86 x 22.86 mm) but big on compatibility, Nicla Vision supports MicroPython and can be battery-powered. Thanks to its wide range of applications, this product can be integrated into projects using a broad range of professional and consumer equipment.

Okay sweet, but again a bit late. ESP offers the same for a while now for 25% of the price.

Now do a thermal camera. That would be great.

Is it possible to use this thing in flight controller for R/C planes and quadcopters? I mean to use it to avoid obstacles like trees, building, etc or, im not sure - to find a flat place for landing...

I wonder what the FPS would be for AI detection?

Releasing new products when the old ones haven't even been properly developed and documented.
The Nicla Sense ME doesn't support SoftwareSerial, has issues with I2C, the temp/hum/press values are all inaccurate and require Linear Regression for calibration, TinyML is not supported on it, the documentation is half assed, and then there are examples IN THE CODE ON THE ARDUINO WEBSITE, and they are not even implemented in the library, like the namespace or the getActivity.toString() which is actually getActivity.getActivity(), so even the reference is wrong.

You can keep it!

4 days after the marketing video, the online store says 'sold out'. I'm sorry, but this sounds like a bad joke to customers. Marketing will never learn.
