Here's a playlist for all the other palm fruit I've reviewed, because why not:

I like that you add the country where you got the fruit in the preview

Those fruits are beautiful, even if they don't taste very good. The patterns on their skins are so perfectly symmetrical. I'd like a bowl of them in the middle of my dining room table.

one small suggestion for videos-can you lower the volume a little bit on the intro song? Nothing wrong with the music-it's just louder than your video and I have to adjust.

If it weren't for the fact that I think they'd rot quickly, I'd use those fruits for decoration. I really like how they looked.

In Taiwan we eat the inner core of the rattan palm (Calamus quiquesetinervius), the taste and the texture is similar to heart of palm but more delicate. I never heard of people eating its fruit, actually I don't even remember having seen a rattan palm bearing fruits.

I used to eat them when I’m in the
Philippines, when I was young. We dipping it into salt and chilli, the one I’ve tried was so sour, sometimes their bit sweet. I miss it.

We have similar in Cameroon, we call them "ankop" from the raffia palm. We eat the fruit. It's very bitter and we use the palm for building, weaving and getting palm wine

Hey, finally you upload the video. If you pickle the rattan fruit, it will taste less sour. You're very brave to eat random fruit you found in the forest. I would never dare to do that.

"...so I'm going to be cautious with it, " he said, taking a big bite.

Hey Werid Explorer, quick question, do you have a suggested identification book for fruits of the world? Was wondering if there is anything similar to my flower ID guide but for fruit! Thanks for all you great videos exploring the places not all of us get a chance too!

Has any of the fruit you have tried made you sick? And how do you get to all of the awesome locations? Perhaps I have missed a video explaining that.

Congrats on the exposure in the big wide world you've been getting lately. Well deserved.

That's used as the souring agent in a variety of Philippine sinigang. As expected, that reaction from you on its pure sourness was appropriate.

I got some rattan fruit in my local grocery here in the philippines, ive been experimenting with them for a little bit and it tastes like yogurt if you squeeze the juice and mix it with some evaporated milk,
