As someone who does not have a love for needles, the nose piercing isn't that bad. The eyes do water because you're applying pressure close to the tear ducts and that was the only "pain" (more like discomfort) I felt.

As for the e.l.f. products, I LOVE the eyeshadow palettes; they are adorable!!

I am SO happy you went all-in and did a look with the all green eye shadow palette. Another YouTuber I watch just used the neutral shadows from the Chocolate Mint palette. Both looks were pretty (I think, I'm not sure the completed look with the Chocolate Mint was shown) but those greens on you were simply stunning. I love your reviews, short, to the point and examples included. You rock! (I, too, would love a nose ring/stud. Hubby nixed that idea immediately but those little rhinestones would work beautifully!!)

I got my nose pierced in October, for my 41st birthday! I can honestly say it didn’t hurt nearly as much as I thought and the technician did it really quickly. I am recovering from brain surgery and I have decided to do more things for me that previously I shied away from. I have no regrets doing it!

Go for the nose stud! They do it so fast and it's so worth it. I love mine. As long as you care for it according to their instructions it should give you no problems.

I had a stud nose ring for about 10 yrs, and I loved the look of it, but the only drawback is, when you get a cold, or have a runny nose, all of that mucus gets caught in it, and it's challenging to clean. Granted, mine was old school stud with a backing on it, and I know there are more streamlined jewelry options nowadays, but even so...it would still get all over it, and it's a constant battle keeping it clean. And now that I don't have it anymore, there's a permanent dot on the side of my nose, not really that big of a deal, but it kinda looks like a zit 😄🤣 You're not missing out, trust me. I like the idea of the Elf gems in lieu of that though! I may have to try those.

I saw some not so good reviews on the eyeshadows. I did buy the primer. I'm still testing it. I got my nose pierced when I was 35. I'll be 50 this year and I still love it. I favor a diamond stud😉 i say go for it.
