I saw the news of Lawler late last night and got worried. I remember when I was a kid and saw his heart attack on RAW and thought he might have died then. All the best wishes for Jerry Lawler and hope for a proper recovery

I remember when FTR was number 1 ranked for weeks maybe even months but never got a title shot.

FTR vs YB III for all the gold would have been an explosive nail biter. II was fantastic not just for the in ring work but because there was genuinely no clue which way it could go. Perfect worky mcwork face. I do recognize capitalizing on the Acclaimed getting over, but that was after the ball had already been dropped hard. And I'll always wonder if YB didn't want to put FTR over in their named company. The elite have shown themselves to be great talents for merchandising and athleticism, but not so much for booking and business.

The harsh truth is that the 3 members of elites who barely put others over are never ridiculed for this but Cody was ridiculed for not putting nover new talents where as the truth is Cody put more people over than omega and bucks combined.

I wondered why AEW never capitalized on FTR having all the championships.. When they challenged for the AEW tag team titles vs Acclaimed & lost, I knew it was over for them & boom they lose all championships. Tony Khan has NO clue what he is doing.

I used to really like FTR but Dax has shown himself to be carny as hell. Happy for the Young Bucks to wash their hands of them - especially as they'd know hesbest buds with CM punk, who derailed their lives and career

Has anyone else had this same reaction to certain talent: Feeling sorry for them and hoping for the best when they got released from WWE, but now that they're in AEW and it isn't working either they just look like entitled crybabies? Andrade being the prime example of this. Bray Wyatt as well, although he returned to WWE... it's like "dude, I think YOU might be the problem."
