Hello, this is a beautiful way, i have been searching for a long to convert VCF into fasta, but I am yet not satisfied with the available methods, I feel this is pretty if you can provide a link to access or if you can share the code, would be so easy for many out there, or can you suggest some alternative, Thanks in advance
