Pattern Review McCalls 7381

My review of Mccalls 7381 which came free with love sewing. Fabric for first dress from abakhans, fabric for second dress was a gift.

First 4 seconds are missing but i didn't say anything that interesting!!!

These patterns do often give finished measurements which I tend to use as they come up so big. I like your second version. I’d have to use a snap fastener like a grandma😂 You are very determined to get this pattern right. I have it and have often wondered if I would try it. I have read a review of it but can’t think of the name- she is the Editor of Lovesewing mag.

I also think that sometimes the dress that the models wear are pulled together at the back with whatever to help them look slim.

I have McCalls 7381 and a 35.5 inch bust.
When I sew this dress I will be making sure that the front bodice sits securely over my bust. The bodice looks like it has enough room in it to bring up the neckline to cover your cleavage.
By the time I make this dress my bust will be 36 inches, as I am putting on weight.
