The Madeline McCann story always bugged the crap out of me. Admittedly, I had pretty lax parents. I was mature enough to be left alone pretty young but definitely not when I was 3 years old and definitely not in a foreign country. I don't care how close the restaurant is. It's just bizarre to me.

I will never understand how the parents of Madeline McCann would think it would be okay to leave their three year old daughter and their other children alone. Especially since there was a babysitting service at the hotel and they didn't use it. It was so irresponsible of them to leave them alone. If they weren't left alone, Madeline would still be here.

The McCann case is just baffling - who leaves their 3 kids alone in a hotel room in a foreign country. You just don't. a lot of it doesn't add up, for example the mother washed Maddie's toy after she went missing, blood was found in the back of their hire car. Just very suspicious

After all these years, people still feel the need to point out that the McCanns were irresponsible parents. We get it, you’re the better person. Good for you. But what is your opinion on the actual mystery? Who is the actual guilty party?
