Avocado dressing/dip
Ingredients:
2-3 avocado
1 tbps pinenuts
1-2 tbsp walnuts
1 handful parsley
1 tbsp tahini
2 cloves garlic
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Salt
Method:
Mix all the ingredients with a verical mixer or in a food processor until smooth.
You can add some water if you want it more runny.
Enjoy right away to dress your salad or as a dip. Do not storage, as the avocado will oxidate.
