sorry for not being in a position to attend live. I have a query about the limiting no. and capacity of the documents could be uploaded, although submitting hard copies but without any receipt / acknowledgement, causing refusal by proper officer having been accepted at all, later mention the same in order. Any solution?

While submitting hardcopy, you should definitely take the acknowledgement from department
