I love Metal Family because it shows two instances of men that ended up fucked up from their parents abuse and/or neglect. Chives drug and alcohol addiction completely relates to his mothers addictions. And in another episode Glam is shown to have the ability to become as abusive and cruel verbally to his own son as his father was to him. Metal family has an amazing way of showing how neglect and abuse can affect children as they grow.
