Just wondering if this series is going to be on using OpenGL or how to use it (graphically) to build a game

Do you ever run into issues where glSwapBuffers is slow, and where it may vary depending on the shader program you use? Im probably profiling wrong, but i see a range of 1 to 1.5 ms time when rendering about triangles per frame. Just curious.
