😂 is your nutcracker also missing his pair of shoes?? There should be a pair of black shoes on him standing on the flat wood piece. I have a nut cracker looks like yours but with one shoe missing from Goodwill, so I made ( copy ) a new pair of shoes for him after removing the odd one shoe! Now he is complete.
