Congressman calls for open process to replace Biden as Democratic nominee

Rep. Lloyd Doggett, the first sitting Democratic member of Congress to publicly call for President Biden to step down, has not endorsed Kamala Harris like many of his colleagues. He advocates for an open Democratic process to select a replacement, but acknowledges Vice President Harris as the probable nominee.
