Hi Amir, a few years ago my mom got diagnosed with colon cancer, a couple years ago she got diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. I absolutely love what you said about dealing with stress. On eof the best pieces of advice that i got was that there are 2 kinds of people; those in control of their situation and those controlled by their situation.

Looking back i can see that the most stressful, anxious times of my life where when i was allowing myself to be controlled by my situation

Thank you for being real. I'm 11 years older than you and was going through the "Where the hell is our world headed?" phase. But seeing the younger generation so mature, realistic, respectful, and positive makes me feel assured that our world will be in good hands.
When it comes to politics, I think so many of us are just floating around because both sides are so extreme. We just want neutral and normal. Whatever normal may be.
