The Shure MV7 Mic can be used with XLR output and or USB output.

@TechSource the mic hes using is the Shure mv7 with a sm7b pop filter. Anyway to answer your question, the mv7 can be used as an XLR mic as well as USB as it has a built in interface. There is also a mv7x which is only XLR.

3:06 the Shure MV7 mic is USB also not only XLR so dont need a go-xlr or other things to use it .
