I been stacking as much mastery as I can (64%), is it bad to only have 10% haste? Or should I lose some mastery to get up to 20% haste?

Ive played wow about 2.5 weeks now and my evoker is almost 2100. It says at the creation of the class its difficult but i find it quite easy. Im on track for elite this season or even legend. I watch these guides and apply it.

I see a lot of high ranked evoker stacking nothing but mastery. Mine is at 50% but my haste it around 11

huge dislike for rotation dont listen to him he picked buff of same school spels and sugests you to use tip for firebreath and and lose buff of main blue spells, also lose buff of shuttering star because 3 useless cds after
