I wanted to say thank you. Thank you for making such beautiful, soulful, emotionally touching videos about Farah Dowling. The scenes you cut, the topics you choose, the small stories you tell with them and the little introductions and of course the songs chosen strike a chord deep inside me. I feel very honored to be able to watch such art as you create.
It was one of the most depressing scenes of all films I’ve ever watched to watch this beautiful, awsome and multifaceted, inspiring character die. Your videos create this wonderful illusion of her being alive, of the series going on and allow me to immerse myself into dreams and realities where she is really around and feel the magic she evokes.
Through the series I discovered the most talented Eve Best and can’t help but simply admire her personality, beauty and acting talent. As you write on your landing page, I too wish, “there was ever-more Eve content on the world stage”. She became my favourite actress in a heartbeat, but her portrayal of Farah Dowling will always be my favourite role of hers.
I feel like yours are the videos I watch most of her, simply watching them, immersing myself into it or listening to them playing in the background. I really hope you will continue to create such little gems honouring her character, maybe one accompanied by Ruelle?
