Ingredients:
4 oz Goat Cheese, softened
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
2 tbsp Honey
1 cup Cento Imported Greek Seasoned Pitted Olives, unpitted
1/4 cup Cento Chefs Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained
1 Shallot, minced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Cento Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1/2 tsp Cento Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Fresh Thyme
1 tbsp Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
1 Lemon, zest
Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a bowl whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, shallots, chili flakes, lemon zest, basil, and thyme. Add in olives and sun-dried tomatoes and mix with spatula. In a food processor, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, and salt. Serve with warm bread, pita, or crackers. Serves 4-6.
