Combine everything you see here, add a couple more biomes, and cover the whole thing with ordinary glass or black stained glass, and you have something similar to Biosphere 2 in Minecraft!

What I like about mini biomes is that I can turn spectator mode and use a silverfish/endermite to look at the biome as a “player”
