My brother who's more than 20 yrs younger than me has problems getting his medical care for many years because my parents made almost low income instead of poverty level. He was born 2 months early and has some problems because of that and has had to go to specialists 2 hours away at least once a year. Hopefully the help can start going to people who are trying to make the money to help their family.
