Anyway you came out with good way of teaching
there is lots of difference between configuration and customization.
configuration is done by consultants like mm, fico, pp, qm..etc means they are utilizing the existing one(standard one given by sap).
customization is done by abap consultant they are adding the non existing things to sap.

Hi, I am learning about SAP. Your videos are super informative and helpful. Can you help me to answer this 2 questions that I don't understand :( 
a) Company is running SAP S/4HANA implementation project with external consulting company and willing to go live 1st Jan 2023? From timing perspective, when to create such master data in the SAP system?

b) Company is using SAP S/4HANA since 2 years and planning to have organisational restructuring having impact on the cost center definitions starting with 31th March 2023. What is your recoomendation as an SAP consultant to manage such a change request; when and how to create new cost centers, what to do with existing cost center master data (delete?) ?
